A reading fanatic's Book Blog!
I'm sorry that you are so frustrated. I can imagine it must be very difficult trying to be the "parent" of your own parent. I hope everything when well with the wood delivery. You're in my prayers!
Lord have mercy! This is really difficult! Will pray for her tonight in my prayers! and for you! Lord help and comfort you!!
Dear Elizabeth:The suffering of this season must seem unbearable. I don't know if you have people around you with whom you share your frustrations, grief, anger, sorrow, and exhaustion; but I thank God for you that you have at least the many good people who read your blog and offer their support.Again, I can only offer you my prayers and the assurance that however this season continues to unfold it is vital that you keep the Church at the center of your life. The comfort and peace of the holy prayers of the Divine Services will strengthen you in ways that words cannot express. You have already shown yourself to be a strong person in the manner you have dealt with each of the challenges you have confronted. Let the private moments of teers be softened by the caress of our Lord's Love - for you and for all those for whom you care. Time may not heal all wounds; but it does make living with them easier.
