I have at last found an online source for the Kathisma prayers which are interspersed amongst the Psalms as well as the "Alleluias" and "Glory be" prayers.

I have saved a copy myself, so if ever the original linked site disappears, I still have a copy on my hard drive, and I am printing a hard copy as I type........
