This is my guilty pleasure, the book I drool over, and the book which convinced me that I am definitely a Grade -A glutton!


The second cookbook from the amazing staff at the famous Hummingbird Bakery in London, the recipes in this book are a delight. We have made several of the recipes, which are distinctive, upmarket, delicious but not necessarily cheap to make, I have to admit.




The book is divided into seasonal themes:

• Spring Weekend Bakes
• Mother's & Father's Day
• Easter
• Summer Afternoon Tea
• Birthdays & Celebrations
• Rainy Day Treats
• Halloween & Bonfire Night
• Christmas  

and include seasonal fresh  ingredients in many.  There is a full listing of the recipes included here.

The only possible word to describe this book is "Yum!".
