The life of an Orthodox Christian woman in the UK.
I voted "2nd week" but usually its either 2 or 3rd week, depending on when Christmas falls.
On Christmas eve all the tree lots put their left over trees on the sidewalk for free. We usually drive around and find one then. It sounds weird, but my kids actually think its pretty cool.
We wait until after my Dh's birthday on the 13th.
Ours usually goes up on Christmas Day, believe it or not. It's one of our new traditions.
